Scope
The following conditions apply to all sales and deliveries by Bed and Breakfast Switzerland Ltd, case postale 190, CH-1752 Villars-sur-Glâne 1 (BnBCH).
Gift vouchers
BnBCH launches gift vouchers allowing their owners to convert them for all services (e.g. accommodations, meals etc.) offered by the members of Bed and Breakfast Switzerland. The members are bound to accept these vouchers.
The vouchers can be accumulated and remain valid for THREE YEARS from the date of issue. After that they expire and neither the buyer nor the owner may claim for refund. The members may not accept a voucher with an expired validity.
No cash refund possible for the vouchers.
Orders
BnBCH reserves the right to limit the sales amount of certain products.
The contract becomes final when the customer has placed his order and when this order has been confirmed electronically by BnBCH. After this the order can not be cancelled or changed anymore.
Each order is confirmed by BnBCH.
Prices
All prices are including VAT, according to valid rates.
The prices valid at the moment when the customer orders count. They can change anytime.
Terms of payment
The customer may choose between payment with credit card, Yellownet and Direct Debit of PostFinance or payment order.
BnBCH reserves the right to determine the method of payment.
If there is any delay with a payment by invoice and payment order, BnBCH reserves the right to challenge the customer's next order.
If there is a delay in payment, BnBCH may charge a moratory interest of 8% and the handling costs.
Delivery
After the order confirmation by BnBCH the ordered articles are delivered to the address indicated by the customer. All risk goes over to the purchaser at delivery to the Swiss post or to a private transport company in Switzerland.
Complaints
BnBCH must be informed immediately, within 10 working days after receipt, if the goods are damaged or delivered wrongly.
If the customer ordered goods by mistake, BnBCH will not take them back or reimburse them.

BnBCH transmits no personal data to third parties. Your data is treated highly confidential.
Place of jurisdiction
The present sales conditions are subject to the Swiss law. For both parties the place of jurisdiction is Fribourg/CH.
