Quality label for swiss tourism
You have selected an establishment that has attained the Quality Label
Level I for Swiss Tourism. That is to say, we do everything to provide
you our guest with the highest possible standard of service.
What is behind the Quality Label for Swiss Tourism?
The «Quality Label for Swiss Tourism» programme is supported
by all major Swiss tourism associations. Its purpose is to encourage establishments
like ours to enhance and safe-guard the quality of service in Switzerland.
How do you benefit as a guest?
In the establishments that have reached the Quality Label for Swiss Tourism,
you as a guest have the assurance that the staff and management are continuously
giving serious thought to quality. They are striving to take steps so
that you as their guest feel good.
What do the two levels mean?
Quality Label
Level I
Level I lays the bases for developing quality service. To reach level
I, a member of our staff has been trained as a quality coach. Following
the training, the in-house quality team has analysed the important procedures
from the guests’ point of view, checked complaint processing, identified
critical events and defined quality standards. Each year measures will
be determined and implemented for further quality improvements.
Quality Label
Level II
Level II concentrates on quality assurance. It is devoted to the quality
of management as the driving force behind good quality service. To reach
level II, the in-house quality team has checked the prerequisites for
good quality, has conducted guest and staff survey. Additionally, a mystery
guest has checked the establishment. Each year measures will be determined
and implemented for further quality improvements.
